Anita Carmichael is one of the Uks internationally acclaimed musicians, As a singer songwrier saxophonist and producer. Her debut album The Unadulterated received commercial and critical acclaim. She has also recorded a Live album in Barcelona, a fabulous live concert recorded in Spain for Spanish TV and Radio in 1998.Under her own name she has already played at festivals in Montreux, Glastonbury Jakarta,San Sebastian, and as opening act for George Benson as well as guesting withAlex O Neal and Shakatak, Jonathan Butler and Fred Wesley.She was voted one of the top female instrumentalists in the world by JazzLife Magazine in Japan. She has also supported BB King at the Antibes Jazz Festival and played at the Audi Ingolstadt Jazz Festival.

She has recently played at the Cambridge Rock Festival in July 2019 and the Southend Soul Festival  in April 2019
